Start your journey by catching a bus from Rajam Bus Station to Srikakulam, which takes approximately 30 minutes.
After arriving at Srikakulam Town Railway Station, board the train to Puri. The journey takes around 5 hours and offers picturesque views of the Bay of Bengal.
Once you reach Puri, head straight to the Puri Beach and marvel at its golden sands and turquoise blue waters.
Visit the Jagannath Temple, one of the most revered Hindu temples in India. The temple complex spans over 400,000 square feet and is home to several shrines and idols dedicated to Lord Jagannath and his siblings.
Take a serene boat ride along the Chilika Lake, the largest lagoon in India. The lake is home to numerous aquatic species and migratory birds.
If you have extra time, you can visit the Konark Sun Temple, which is about an hour's drive from Puri. You could also spend more time exploring the Chilika Lake or the Puri Beach. If you have less time, consider skipping the Chilika Lake boat ride and head straight to the Jagannath Temple.
