Browse the colorful stalls of the Anjuna Market, which is open only on Wednesdays and offers a variety of souvenirs, clothes and jewelry. After that head to the Vagator Beach, which offers panoramic views of the sea and is a great spot for watching the sunset.
Finish your trip by discovering the historic Latin quarter of Panaji called Fontainhas, which is known for its charming houses and colorful streets. End the day at the Miramar Beach which is a popular spot for locals to relax and watch the waves.
If you have more time, add a trip to the spice plantations in Ponda and the beaches of Morjim and Ashwem. If you have less time, consider skipping the Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary or the Anjuna Market. Make sure to check the opening and closing times of the places you plan to visit and avoid visiting beaches during monsoon season (June-September).
