Padmanabhaswamy Temple is one of the most sacred and visited temples in Kerala, known for its intricate architecture and spiritual significance. It is devoted to Lord Vishnu, and its gopuram is the tallest in Kerala. The temple has several mandapams, including the beautiful Navaratri Mandapam and the Golden Mandapam, which is coated in gold. If you have more time, you can visit the nearby Shenduruny Wildlife Sanctuary in Kollam. It is home to various wildlife species, including elephants, tigers, and leopards. Or, you can head to the Thiruvallam Parasurama Temple in Thiruvananthapuram, located near Kovalam Beach, which is another famous tourist spot.
