2-Day Adventure Itinerary for Warangal

  1. Day 1: Trekking in Eturunagaram Wildlife Sanctuary
    1 hour 30 minutes (75 km) from Warangal City Centre

    Start your adventure with a visit to the Eturunagaram Wildlife Sanctuary, located on the banks of the Godavari river. This sanctuary is known for its dense forest and scenic waterfalls. The fort is situated on a monolithic rock hill, at a height of around 500 feet. Climb to the top of the fort to enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding area. You can also try rappelling from the top of the fort. After the adventure, visit Thousand Pillar Temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Surya. The temple was built in the 12th century by the Kakatiya dynasty and is famous for its beautiful architecture.
