The caves are a thrill to explore, and as you go from one cave to another, you can admire the unique flora and fauna that thrives in the region. The gardens also serve as a perfect spot to take a peaceful walk on the nature trail.
End your day with a gorgeous sunset view from the Tiffin Top also known as Dorothy's seat. This viewpoint located atop an altitude of 2290 meters offers a 360-degree view of the surrounding Himalayan peaks and the town of Nainital. Trek through the woods and view the stunning vistas, or simply sit and relax with a hot drink while basking in the glory of nature.

The lake is surrounded by forests on three sides and offers a picturesque view of the mountain ranges. Later, head to Sariyatal Lake. It is a small, serene lake surrounded by trees and is considered the hidden jewel of Nainital. You could also indulge in some adventure activities like rappelling or zip-lining.
Later in the day, head to Himalayan Darshan, which is a viewpoint that offers panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges. The serene and scenic drive to this vantage point is just as enjoyable as the view itself. Then, head over to Snow Viewpoint, which was once the residence of the British Governor. Take a cable car ride to the top and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Don't forget to try some hot Maggi and tea from the stalls at the top while you take in the glorious scenery.
If you have more time, visit the famous Jim Corbett National Park, which is located around 60 km from Nainital and is home to numerous Bengal tigers and elephants. Or, for a more relaxing day, consider visiting the Mall Road and enjoying the street food, shopping and also visit the St. John Church.
