The sanctuary is open from October to March.

    Nagarjuna Sagar Dam is one of the largest masonry dams in the world and the pride of Andhra Pradesh. You can also visit the nearby Nagarjuna Konda Buddhist Stupa, which is a significant archaeological site that dates back to the 3rd century B.C.
