Walk along the Bath skyline and enjoy the view of the city. The walk takes around 6 miles and you can have snacks and refreshments at the National Trust cafe at Prior Park.
Explore the ancient and magnificent Cheddar Gorge with its vibrant caves including the Gough's Cave and the Cox's Cave. Squeeze through the narrow passages and take a guided tour. Reach the hilltop and enjoy the beautiful view of the countryside.
Enjoy a unique game called Boules, which is a version of French petanque. You can play on the pétanque court at Victoria Park and have food and drinks at the Botanical Gardens Cafe next door. You can also watch the locals play and learn the game from them.
Enjoy fishing at the Timsbury Fishing lake which offers a variety of species including carp, tench, bream, and perch. You can rent the equipment or bring your own and spend a peaceful day by the lake.
If you have more time, you can visit other places in and around Bath such as the Bath Abbey, Roman Baths, and Pulteney Bridge. If you have less time, you can skip the Bath Skyline Walk or the Timsbury Fishing.
