Spend your first day hiking at the Kledang Hill. With an elevation of 800m, the hill provides a stunning view of the city and is a popular spot for adventure seekers. You can choose between several paths to reach the summit, some of which may take up to 3 hours. Make sure to bring enough water and snacks and wear appropriate hiking boots.
Head to the town of Gopeng for a day filled with outdoor activities. Start your day with a white water rafting adventure on the Kampar River. Afterward, visit the Gua Tempurung limestone cave system, where you can go spelunking and marvel at the unique rock formations. End your day with some extreme activities such as abseiling or zip-lining at the Nomad Adventure Base Camp.
Start your day with a visit to the Kek Lok Tong Cave Temple, one of the most stunning temples in Ipoh. Built within a natural limestone cave, the temple boasts a huge statue of Kuan Yin and a beautifully landscaped garden. Afterward, visit the Lost World of Tambun, a theme park and water park that features hot springs, a petting zoo, and a tiger exhibit. End your day with a visit to the nearby Ipoh Old Town for some delicious local cuisine.
If you have more time, you can visit the Sam Poh Tong Cave Temple or take a scenic drive to the Cameron Highlands. If you have less time, skip the Lost World of Tambun and instead visit the Han Chin Pet Soo Museum in Ipoh Old Town.
