Built in 18th-century, Bahu Fort is a popular attraction in Jammu and provides a spectacular view of the whole city. Along with its historical significance, it is also known for its beautiful location and manicured gardens.
Raghunath Temple is one of the most religious attraction of Jammu and houses many little shrines within its complex. It is considered one of the largest temple complexes in North India and attracts many visitors throughout the year.
Built in 19th century by Raja Amar Singh, Amar Mahal Palace now serves as a museum for exhibiting works of art and handicrafts. The museum also houses an extensive library and a beautiful garden.

Founded in 1980, Dogra Art Museum exhibits some of the finest Pahari paintings, Basohli Paintings and other artifacts of Jammu. It also has a great collection of Vedas, Puranas and ancient manuscripts.
Bagh-e-Bahu is a splendid garden with lush green lawns, artificial streams and fountains that provide a picturesque view of the Bahu Fort and Tawi river.
If you have more time, you can visit other places of interest in Jammu such as Vaishno Devi Temple, Mubarak Mandi Palace, Mansar Lake, or Akhnoor Fort. On the other hand, if you have less time, you can skip one of the museums or shorten the time spent at one location. Try to go early in the morning when it's not too crowded to avoid long queues.
