Nakki Lake is a popular attraction in Mount Abu. This man-made lake is surrounded by beautiful hills and is a favorite spot for picnics and boating. You can also take a stroll around the lake and enjoy the scenic view. There are several food stalls and shops around the lake as well. Spend 2 hours here before moving on to the next destination.
Toad Rock is a natural rock formation that looks like a toad. It is an easy climb to the top of the rock and offers a panoramic view of the surrounding hills. Spend 1 hour here before moving on to the next destination.
Guru Shikhar is the highest peak in the Aravalli Range and offers breathtaking views of the entire Mount Abu region. The road to the peak is winding and narrow, but the view from the top is well worth it. Spend 2 hours here before heading back to your hotel.
The Dilwara Jain Temples are a group of five temples that are renowned for their intricate and beautifully carved marble architecture. The temples are dedicated to Jain Tirthankaras and are adorned with ornate carvings, intricate motifs, and beautiful sculptures. Spend 2-3 hours exploring the temples.
The Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary is home to a variety of flora and fauna including leopards, wild boars, and hyenas. There are several trekking trails in the sanctuary, and it's a great place to enjoy nature and wildlife. Spend 2-3 hours here before heading back to your hotel.
If you have more time, you can also visit the Mount Abu Bazaar for some shopping or the Achalgarh Fort for some historical exploration. If you have less time, you can skip Guru Shikhar and spend more time at Nakki Lake or the Dilwara Jain Temples. Don't forget to carry water, snacks, and sunscreen with you wherever you go.
