Amarabati Park is a beautiful garden with waterfalls, sculptures, and a lake. The park also has a children's play area, toy train, and boating facilities. The Digha Science Centre is an interactive museum that showcases scientific concepts and experiments through fun games and exhibits.
Shankarpur Beach is a tranquil beach with a fishing harbour. You can watch the fishermen bring in their catch or take a boat ride to the nearby islands. Udaipur Beach is another peaceful beach with casuarina trees and clean sands. You can also visit the nearby Mohana Fish Market to try fresh catches and local snacks.
If you have more time, you can visit the nearby Marine Aquarium and Research Centre, Talasari Beach, or witness the daily fish auction at Digha Mohana Fish Market. If you have less time, skip Amarabati Park or Digha Science Centre. Avoid travelling during monsoon (June to September) as the beaches may be closed due to heavy rainfall.
