Transportation

For longer distances, the KTM and LRT trains are reliable and well-connected, making them an excellent option for exploring beyond the city center. Be aware of peak hours and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Airports

Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) is Malaysia's main international airport, located 45 kilometers from the city center. The airport has two terminals and offers numerous transportation options for getting to and from the city, including taxis, buses, and trains. Another option is the newer and smaller Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport (SZB), also known as Subang Airport, located approximately 25 kilometers from the city center.
