6-Day Himalayas Itinerary

  1. Day 1: Trekking in the Annapurna Region
    Starting Point - Pokhara, 3 hours (83 km) from Kathmandu

    Enjoy an early morning scenic drive to Pokhara, followed by trekking in the Annapurna Region. The journey reveals lush forests, raging rivers, and awe-inspiring mountain peaks. The experience will be strenuous, but the beauty of the region makes it all worth it.

  2. Day 2: Explore Namche Bazaar
    From Annapurna Region to Namche Bazaar, 2.5 hours flight (141 km) from Pokhara

    Embark on a scenic flight to Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa capital. On arrival, visit the Sherpa Culture Museum to understand the Sherpa lifestyle and traditions of the region. Relax, and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the village tucked deep in the mountains.

  3. Day 3: Trekking to Mount Everest Base Camp
    From Namche Bazaar to Mount Everest Base Camp, 5 hours trek (10.1 km)

    Today will be one of the highly anticipated days of the trip as we trek to the Mount Everest Base Camp. Trekking past the Buddhist monasteries, beautiful pastures, steep rock steps and snowy trails gets us to those magical views. Spend the night at the camp to watch a sunset that you will remember for a lifetime.

  4. Day 4: Visit Tengboche Monastery
    From Mount Everest Base Camp to Tengboche Monastery, 5.5 hours trek (9.4 km)

    Trek back to Tengboche, one of the highest monasteries in the world, surrounded by towering mountain peaks. While here visit the Dawa Choling Gompa, dating back to 1868. Explore the monastery filled with intricate carvings, thankas, and murals illustrating Buddhist tales.

  5. Day 5: Sunrise View from Kala Patthar
    From Tengboche to Kala Patthar, 5 hours trek (4.1 km)

    Experience the breathtaking views of Mount Everest from Kala Patthar. A fairly challenging trek, however, with the first rays of the sun, it will all be worth it. Specially for the people who couldn't reach the base camp. Witness the beauty of the sunrise spread across the snow-capped peaks like wildfire.

  6. Day 6: Return to Kathmandu
    From Kala Patthar to Kathmandu, via Lukla Airport, 3 hours flight (139 km)

    Board an early morning scenic flight back to Kathmandu with incredible memories to cherish forever. Spend the afternoons sightseeing in the valley and visit the Swoyambhunath Stupa, or "Monkey Temple," one of the most revered Buddhist Stupas in the world.
