Visit the Hebbe Falls, located at the edge of the Western Ghats. It is surrounded by dense forests and coffee plantations, making it a great spot for trekking. The falls also offer a stunning view of the surrounding hills, including Kemmangundi peak. Swimming in the natural pool below the falls is not allowed due to strong currents and debris.
Enjoy a scenic drive to the top of Kemmangundi peak for a panoramic view of the valley below. Then head to Baba Budangiri hills, which has a variety of flora and fauna. Don't miss the opportunity to taste freshly brewed coffee at one of the local coffee plantations along the way.
Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary is home to tigers, elephants, wild boars, and antelopes. Embark on a jeep safari to discover the flora and fauna found within. Make a visit to the Mullayanagiri peak, the highest peak in Karnataka with an elevation of 1,930 metres offering panoramic views of the valley, before returning back to your stay.
If you have extra time, consider visiting the Jhari waterfalls or take a plantation tour to learn about coffee and tea production. If you have time constraints, consider removing Hebbe Falls from the itinerary as it takes a while to travel there and back. Instead, visit Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary early in the morning or in the evening to catch a glimpse of the animals.
