Kelva Beach is a beautiful sandy beach with clear water - perfect for a morning stroll. You can also enjoy a variety of water sports activities like jet ski, banana boat rides and parasailing.
Shirgaon Fort, also known as the Kelve Fort, was built by the Portuguese in the 16th century. It is located near the sea and offers a beautiful view. You can spend some time exploring the fort and taking great photos.
Chikni Village is famous for its seafood and Maharashtrian cuisine. You can enjoy a delicious lunch at one of the local restaurants and taste some of the local delicacies.
Manoribel is a small island off the coast of Palghar. It is an ideal place to enjoy boating, bird watching, or to simply relax on the sandy beach. You can also try some water sports or explore the surrounding area.
Palghar Fort is a historic fort built during the Bahmani Empire and later taken over by the Portuguese. It is surrounded by lush greenery and offers a beautiful view of the sea. You can also visit the nearby Jain Temple and the Kalpataru Botanical Gardens.
If you have more time, you can visit some of the other beaches in Palghar like Satpati Beach or Mahim Beach. If you have less time, you can skip Kelva Beach or Palghar Fort, but we highly recommend visiting at least one of them. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry sunscreen and insect repellent. Pack a swimsuit and towel if you plan to enjoy water sports activities. Last but not least, don't forget to carry a camera to capture all the beautiful memories!
