Useful tips

If you have more time, you could add tea factory tours, which are available throughout the Nuwara Eliya region. If you have less time, consider skipping the white water rafting trip, which is the most time consuming activity on the list. However, it is recommended to follow at least half of the routes as the paths can be challenging and dangerous if not done carefully. Don't forget to pack enough water, snacks, warm and waterproof clothes, and always check the weather forecast before going.
