Start your Goa trip by heading to the Calangute Beach, which is known for its lively atmosphere. Rent a beach umbrella and relax as you soak in the sun or take a dip in the Arabian Sea. You can also enjoy water sports like parasailing, jet skiing, and banana boat rides.
Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Basilica of Bom Jesus, which is a 400-year-old church that houses the remains of St. Francis Xavier. Next, head over to the Mangeshi Temple, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva and has a beautiful architecture with a picturesque view.
Take a refreshing dip in the Dudhsagar Waterfalls, which is a four-tiered waterfall located on the Mandovi River. Afterward, head for a spice plantation tour, where you can enjoy an authentic Goan meal while learning about the spices grown there.
If you have more time, you can include a visit to the Fort Aguada, which is a 17th-century Portuguese fort, and Anjuna Flea Market, which has a variety of handicrafts and souvenirs. If you have less time, skip the spice plantation tour and go to the Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary and the Goa State Museum.
