    For the best biryani and wazwan, head to Ahdoos, which has been a top restaurant in Srinagar since 1918.

  4. 2:00 PM: Mughal Gardens

    The Mughal Gardens are filled with the allure of symmetrical gardens, shimmering fountains, and gorgeous flowers.

  5. 4:00 PM: Shalimar Bagh
    3 km (10 minutes) from Mughal Gardens

    Shalimar Bagh is another stunning garden that deserves your attention, featuring lovely cascading fountains, serene lakes, and vibrant flowers.

  6. 5:30 PM: Nishat Bagh
    2 km (5 minutes) from Shalimar Bagh

    Nishat Bagh is the last stop on your journey, featuring some of the best Mughal architecture, elegant cascading fountains, and lovely views of the Dal Lake.

Useful Tips

Alternatively, you could go shopping in the markets along the Zaina Kadal Bridge or go on a food tour to sample more of Srinagar's traditional cuisine.

If you have less time, you could skip the last stop at Nishat Bagh and spend more time in the other gardens or exploring Srinagar's Old City district instead.
