The Agaya Gangai Waterfall, which means "Ganges of Sky", is a beautiful waterfall cascading down from the Kolli Hills. The water falls from a height of 300 feet and is surrounded by thick vegetation making it an ideal spot for nature lovers.
The Masila Falls is a hidden gem in the Kolli Hills that is not frequented by many tourists. The waterfall is located amidst dense forests and requires a trek of around 2 km to reach. However, the view is worth it and the place is perfect for a natural bath.
The Vasalurpatty Boat House is a beautiful spot to spend time boating amidst serene waters, surrounded by mountains. Apart from boating, they also offer fishing and camping activities to make your experience unforgettable.
The Seekuparai View Point offers a breathtaking view of the Eastern Ghats and the surrounding valleys. You can see some of the highest peaks of the Kolli Hills from this point. If you are lucky, you might also spot some wild animals like deer and bison.
If you have more time, you can visit other attractions in the Kolli Hills like the Siddhar Caves, Nammaazhvar Temple, and the Botanical Garden. If you have less time, you can skip the Vasalurpatty Boat House and visit the Kolli Pavai Temple or the Selur View Point instead. Don't forget to carry sunscreen, insect repellent, and comfortable shoes for trekking.
