Bryant Park is a great location for families who love nature. Set on the east side of the Kodai Lake, the park has a stunning collection of more than 700 varieties of flowers and plants. Silver Cascade Waterfall is a must-visit for anyone travelling to Kodaikannal. The waterfall gets its name from the shimmering effect of the waters as they fall from a height of over 55 meters. The place is perfect for a family picnic, and there are several food vendors nearby. The waterfall is best viewed in the mornings when the light is just right.
If you have more time, consider adding a visit to the Pillar Rocks, which are a set of three massive granite formations. For a family-friendly adventure, try out the Kodaikanal Solar Observatory, which is open for visitors during certain times of the day. Families with younger children may want to include a visit to the Kodaikanal Lake View Point, which offers a stunning vista of the Kodai Lake. If you have less time, consider skipping the Silver Cascade Waterfall.
