Visit the Mattancherry Palace, also known as the Dutch Palace, that showcases the beautiful murals and artefacts of the royal family of Kochi. Head to the nearby Jewish Synagogue, the oldest active synagogue in the Commonwealth of Nations, that exhibits the Jewish history of Cochin. Do not forget to stroll down the Jew Street, known for its shops selling antiques, spices, and souvenirs.
If you have an extra day, you can visit the Hill Palace Museum, the largest archaeological museum in Kerala, and the Cherai Beach, a picturesque beach surrounded by palm trees. Alternatively, if you have limited time, skip Vasco House and Jew Street and spend more time at Fort Kochi Beach and the Mattancherry Palace.
