Reach Haridwar by road. After checking into the hotel, visit the Har Ki Pauri ghat, a holy place where the river Ganga is worshipped. Visit the famous Mansa Devi temple by cable car and enjoy the scenic view from the top.
Start early in the morning and reach Sonprayag by road. From Sonprayag, start a 21 km trek to reach the famous Kedarnath temple. Witness the beautiful views of the snow-covered mountains and spend some time in the lap of nature.
Start early in the morning to reach the Badrinath temple by afternoon. After seeking blessings at the temple, visit the Mana Village, believed to be the last Indian village before Tibet and witness the natural rock bridge over the Saraswati river.
Reach Rishikesh in the evening. Walk over the Lakshman Jhula, an iron suspension bridge, and explore the famous Triveni Ghat where the Ganges, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers merge. Attend the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti with twinkling diyas at Parmarth Niketan Ashram.
Visit the Beatles Ashram, the famous ashram where the Beatles stayed and composed their songs, or take part in adventure activities like river rafting, bungee jumping, and flying fox. Later, visit the Neergarh Waterfall and spend some time in nature.
For those with less time, consider exploring only Delhi, Haridwar, and Rishikesh. For those with more time, consider adding Auli for skiing or a Rishikesh camping trip. It is also recommended to check weather conditions before planning a trip to Kedarnath and Badrinath as the region is prone to frequent landslides and road closures.
