  1. Day 1: Cherrapunji

    The highlight of Dawki is the crystal clear waters of the Umngot River, where visitors can take a boat ride or go kayaking. The India-Bangladesh Border is also located here, along with the beautiful Dawki Bridge that spans across the river.     The capital city of Meghalaya, Shillong, has a lot to offer visitors. The Don Bosco Centre for Indigenous Cultures is a great place to learn about the region's diverse indigenous cultures, while the Shillong Peak offers a scenic view of the city from above. Those interested in architecture can visit the Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians, while those interested in shopping can visit the bustling Police Bazaar.
