The place is littered with street food vendors making it an excellent spot for foodies. The ghat is open from 10am to 6pm daily.
The Dakshineswar Kali Temple is one of the most spiritual places in the city and attracts a considerable number of devotees every day. The temple was built in 1855 and is dedicated to the goddess Kali. The architecture of the temple is beautiful and is surrounded by attractive gardens. The temple is open from 6am to 12pm and 3pm to 8pm daily.
St. Paul's Cathedral is the first Episcopal Church in the eastern world and is an architectural marvel with stunning stained glass windows and a beautiful gothic structure. The church was built in 1847 and is open to visitors from 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm daily.
If you have more time, you can visit the Howrah Bridge, Indian Museum, and Kolkata's Chinatown. If you have less time, you can skip any of the locations or visit Kalighat Temple instead of Dakshineswar Kali Temple.
