  1. Day 1: Callaway Resort & Gardens
    10 minutes (6.4 miles) from Pine Mountain

    Start your day at the Callaway Resort & Gardens, a 2,500-acre nature preserve with beautiful gardens, hiking trails, and a butterfly center. Visit the Cecil B. Day Butterfly Center, home to more than 1,000 butterflies from around the world. Take a stroll through the Callaway Brothers Azalea Bowl, which has over 3,000 hybrid azaleas in bloom each spring. Afterwards, head to the Discovery Center to learn about the local wildlife and ecology of the area. Wrap up the day with a scenic bike ride or a round of mini-golf with the family.
