Begin your Sikkim journey by exploring its capital, Gangtok. Visit the Rumtek Monastery, a grand monastery featuring stunning murals and a golden stupa. Take a cable car ride from Deorali to Tashiling Secretariat for a bird's eye view of the city. Then, head to the MG Marg, the pedestrian lane that's a hotspot for shopping and food. End your day with a visit to Banjhakri Falls, a scenic natural waterfall park.
Day two is all about discovering the mystical side of Sikkim. Visit the Tsomgo Lake, a serene glacial lake surrounded by mountains and permafrost. Then, venture up to Nathula Pass on the Indo-China border, and visit the Baba Harbhajan Singh Temple on the way. Take a picture with the Chinese soldiers and their guarding posts for some thrill. Come back to Gangtok by evening to try out some local delicacies

Then trek to the Khecheopalri Lake, a beautiful lake revered for its spiritual significance. End your day with a visit to the Kanchenjunga Falls, one of the highest waterfalls in Sikkim.
If you want to add another adventure on your Sikkim tour, try river rafting on the Teesta. If you have more time, visit Ravangla for the picturesque Buddha Park and Ralang Monastery. Keep in mind that Sikkim is a protected area and requires an Inner Line Permit, so make sure to check its availability beforehand. Remember to travel between March to June for favorable weather and less unpredictable landslides.
