Useful Tips
If you have more time, spend an extra day at Shillong or Cherrapunji to explore local markets for ethnic wear, handicrafts, and bamboo works. Ram Krishna Mission in Shillong and Dainthlen Falls in Cherrapunji are some other attractions to add to the itinerary. In case of any time constraints, avoid visiting the Elephant Falls on weekends as it can get crowded and try to start your day early to make the most of your time.
