The newly opened club, Liquid Lounge, is a must-visit with its great ambiance and energetic crowd. You can also try some local street food from the numerous street food vendors across the town.
You can add a city tour of Udapi on Day 1 if you have more time. The city is famous for its ancient temples, and you can visit the Anegudde Vinayaka Temple and the Sri Krishna temple. Alternatively, you can opt for water sports in Malpe Beach. If you have less time, you can skip the nightlife in Manipal and have a beach party at St. Mary's Island instead.
