Munnar is a hill town famous for its tea gardens, waterfalls, and viewpoints. Visit the Tea Museum to learn about tea production, hike to the top of the Echo Point to hear your voice reverberate, and capture the stunning sunset viewpoints.
Kumarakom is a bird sanctuary and a popular backwater destination. Embark on a houseboat or a speedboat tour to explore the Vembanad Lake, visit the bird sanctuary to spot local and migratory birds, or indulge in some spa treatments.
Kovalam is a beach town famous for its crescent-shaped beaches, lighthouse, and seafood restaurants. Sunbathe, sip cocktails, try surfing or parasailing, and party on the beachside shacks.
If you have more time, add a day trip to Wayanad to explore the wildlife and waterfalls, or a half-day trip to Athirapally waterfall. You can also visit the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary or the Varkala beach. However, if you have less time, skip Kumarakom and spend more time in Fort Kochi or Alleppey.
