Start your trip hike at the Mullayanagiri Peak, the highest peak in Karnataka. This hike is not for the faint-hearted as it's a challenging trek, but the breathtaking views at the top are worth the climb. A good pair of hiking shoes, sunscreen, and plenty of water are a must.
Start your day with a visit to Hebbe Falls. Nestled in the lush Western Ghats, this waterfall is one of the most beautiful attractions in the region. After the falls, head to the Kudremukh National Park for a nature walk, spotting exotic flora and fauna. The park is home to antelopes, tigers, leopards, and many other animals. The scenic drive to the place is an experience in itself, so sit back and enjoy!
On your last day, visit the Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary, a natural habitat to elephants, tigers, and rare bird species. Take a jeep safari and spot majestic beasts in their natural home. End the day at Kemmanagundi, a hill station that offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Do not forget to visit the iconic Z Point, a tourist spot famous for the view of the sunset.
If you have extra time, add a visit to the Muthodi Wildlife Sanctuary, which is famous for its leopard and deer sightings. If you want to add some spiritual adventure to your trip, make a quick stop at the Horanadu Annapoorneshwari Temple.
If you are short on time, leave out Kemmanagundi from your itinerary but ensure you visit Mullayanagiri Peak for the best views of the Western Ghats.
