If you have more time, consider visiting Tso Moriri Lake or Zanskar Valley. For less time, skip Diskit Monastery and the camel ride. Also, note that the terrain can be challenging, so ensure you have acclimatized to the altitude before attempting the trip, drink enough water, and carry warm clothing and sturdy footwear.
