One day itinerary for Tirupathi

  1. 6:00AM: Sri Venkateswara Temple
    Known as 'Tirumala', one of the most famous pilgrimage sites in India that draws millions of pilgrims every year. It is located on the seventh peak of the Tirupati Hills and is dedicated to Lord Sri Venkateswara.

    Plan to arrive early to avoid the long lines. It takes around 2 hours to complete the darshan.

  2. 9:00AM: Talakona Waterfall
    Located in Sri Venkateswara National Park, a picturesque waterfall surrounded by lush green forests, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. There are several trekking trails for those who seek adventure.

    Talakona Waterfall is located 70 km from Tirupathi and takes around 2 hours to reach. Entry fee to the waterfall is INR 50 per person.

  3. 12:00PM: Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple
    Dedicated to Goddess Padmavathi, wife of Lord Venkateswara. The temple is located in Tiruchanur, around 5 km away from Tirupathi.

    A scenic spot located 20 km away from Tirupathi and is known for its breathtaking views, hills covered with silver trees, and a beautiful driving route.

  5. 6:00PM: Swarna Mukhi River
    A serene river that flows through the Seshachalam Hills. It is an ideal place to relax amid nature and enjoy the scenic beauty of the river.

    The river is located 10 km away from the city, and it takes around 20 minutes to reach. Entry is free, and there are no time restrictions.
