Valparai: A Nature Lover's Paradise

  4. Day 4: Indira Gandhi Wildlife Sanctuary and National Park
    1 hour 30 minutes (53.6 km) from Sholayar Dam

    The Indira Gandhi Wildlife Sanctuary and National Park are the most popular tourist attractions in Valparai. Take a safari through the dense forests and grasslands to spot the Bengal tiger, Indian elephant, leopard, and lion-tailed macaque unique to the Western Ghats. A visit to the Top Slip region of the park is highly recommended.
