After the hike, head to the iconic Nine Arches Bridge, known for its picturesque setting and stunning architecture. Visitors can watch the train pass through the bridge or take a walk along the railroad tracks.
Start the day by visiting the Ravana Falls, a waterfall that cascades into a pool perfect for swimming. Then, head to Bomburu Ella Falls, an impressive waterfall often missed by tourists. For lunch, try some local Sri Lankan food at one of the many eateries in Ella Town. After lunch, head to Demodara Nine Arch Bridge, a lesser-known bridge similar in architecture to Nine Arches Bridge.
If you have more time, consider visiting Ella Rock, a more challenging hike compared to Little Adam's Peak. Alternatively, for a more relaxed day, consider visiting some of Ella's tea plantations, such as Halpewatte Tea Factory. In case of any bad weather, have a backup plan to visit the nearby Uva Halpewatte Tea Factory and Museum. If you have less time, skip one of the waterfalls and opt for only Nine Arches Bridge or Demodara Nine Arch Bridge.
