Begin your day early and drive to Athirapally Waterfalls, one of the largest and most picturesque waterfalls in India. Marvel at the massive, broad chute falling down 80 feet into a pool. Take a walk amidst the natural wonder of Sholayar Rainforest adjacent to the falls and witness a variety of wildlife including Malabar Pied Hornbills, Kingfishers, and Monkey's.
Start your day at the Adyanpara Waterfalls. Smaller compared with Athirapally waterfalls, Adyanpara is still a spectacular site to visit, hidden away from mainstream tourist spots, you can enjoy some peaceful time admiring the waterfalls. Later, visit Thumboormuzhy Dam where you can witness the cultural heritage of Kerala. The park has butterfly garden, hanging bridge, and a beautiful garden.
If you have more time, take a nature walk around Charpa waterfalls, a nearby natural wonder. You could also consider visiting Vazhachal waterfalls. If you have less time, skip the Adyanpara waterfalls and Thumboormuzhy Dam.
