    Start at 10 am from Ponte Vecchio bridge (20 minutes by walk).

    Begin your day at Piazalle Michelangelo and enjoy one of the most remarkable and stunning views of the city. After taking pictures, head back to the city centre and explore the vibrant San Lorenzo Market, which is famous for its colourful shops and lively atmosphere.

  • Day 4: Boboli Gardens and Palazzo Vecchio
    Start at 10 am from Santa Maria Novella Train Station (30 minutes by walk).

    Our itinerary ends with an enchanting and relaxing day in the Boboli Gardens. The wonderful garden feels like a magical maze that has been carved out the historic vineyards of the Medici family. Take a walk and admire this beautiful oasis before heading to Palazzo Vecchio, a prestigious palace that served as the Florence City Hall for centuries. Transportation

Getting around Florence is relatively easy as most attractions are located within walking distance, and public transit is affordable and convenient. Taxis are available, but they are expensive, and traffic in the city center can be heavy at times. The best way is to use the City Sightseeing Florence Hop-On Hop-Off Bus which covers all of the primary tourist attractions for a price of €23 per day.

Useful Tips

If you have more time, consider visiting the Accademia Gallery to view Michelangelo's sculpture of David. Alternatively, you could add a day trip to Pisa, which is 1-hour away by train. If you have less time, consider skipping the Palazzo Vecchio or San Lorenzo Market.
