Discovering Allepey in 3 Days

The houseboats come with a crew and amenities, including meals. Alternatively, you can opt for a motorboat or canoe. You can witness local life, watch the fishermen working, and pass beautiful villages.

  3. Day 3: Krishnapuram Palace
    1 hour 10 minutes (35 km) from Alleppey Backwaters

    Visit the Krishnapuram Palace, and marvel at its stunning architecture. This palace is famous for its mural paintings, especially the "Gajendra Moksham" mural, which measures 14 feet by 11 feet. This palace also has a museum that displays antiques, statues, coins, and other historical artefacts. The garden surrounding the palace is beautiful, and you can sit here and enjoy the tranquillity.
