Start your trip by exploring the beautiful beaches in Gokarna, including Kudle Beach, Om Beach, and Half-Moon Beach. Enjoy a relaxing swim, watch the sunset, or go on a boat ride to explore small islands. Don't forget to try out some of the local seafood dishes at the beach shacks.
Explore the Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary, home to a variety of rare birds, tigers, elephants, and other wildlife. Visitors can enjoy a safari tour through the jungle and observe the wildlife in their natural habitat. Don't forget to try river rafting on the Kali River, which runs through the sanctuary.
Visit the Murudeshwar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, and admire the beautiful architecture and towering statue of Lord Shiva. Afterward, take a dip in the Murudeshwar Beach, a white-sand beach with clear blue waters perfect for swimming or simply relaxing. Don't forget to try some of the delicious South Indian cuisine at the local eateries.
If you have more time, you can explore the nearby cities of Karwar and Udupi, or take a trip to the Jog Falls, the second-highest waterfall in India. If you have less time, you can skip river rafting in Dandeli or Half-Moon Beach in Gokarna. However, we highly recommend visiting Murudeshwar Temple and Beach as they are must-visit attractions!
