    Arulmigu Subramaniya Swamy Temple is an ancient temple located on the banks of Noyyal River in Coimbatore city. It is one of the oldest shrines dedicated to Lord Murugan and attracts a significant number of devotees every year. The temple is surrounded by hills, and there are several footpaths to take a walk. Do not forget to try the Panchamirtham and Pal payasam, the prasad given in the temple.

    Amaravathi Dam is a fantastic picnic spot in Tirupur. The dam is built across the Amaravathi River, which offers an excellent scenic view of the surroundings.     Thirumoorthy Hills is another scenic spot, ideal for trekkers and nature lovers. The Thirumoorthy Temple is located here and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is surrounded by forest, and there is a waterfall named after the hill. The trek to the waterfall is beautiful, and you will witness the enthralling natural beauty of the place throughout the trek. The fall is rushing and the best time to visit is either during monsoon or immediately after monsoon.

Ooty is a popular hill station in Tamil Nadu, known for its pleasant weather, picturesque views, and botanical gardens. If you have less time, you can skip the Arulmigu Subramaniya Swamy Temple and Thirumoorthy Hills. They are worth visiting, but you will get enough of the natural beauty with a visit to Amaravathi Crocodile Farm and Amaravathi Dam.
