  1. Day 1: Edakkal Caves

    The Banasura Sagar Dam is famous for its breathtaking view of the dam waters surrounded by the Banasura hills. The dam is the largest earthen dam in India and is an excellent place for trekking, boating, and camping. The dam is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and offers an excellent location to spend quality time with your travel companions.   4. Day 2: Chembra Peak
    1 hour 10 minutes (24.7 km) from Banasura Sagar Dam

    The Chembra Peak is the highest peak in Wayanad and is situated in the Meppadi town. The peak is famous for its heart-shaped lake, which lies halfway up the peak. The trek to the Chembra peak can be challenging but gives an immersive experience of the natural landscapes surrounding it. The trail to the peak is filled with meadows and stunning woods, including Rhododendrons and Edelweiss. The stunning view of the landscape from the summit makes the trek worth every bit of effort.
