Visit the Parmesan cheese factory to learn its process of production, taste some parmesan cheese and travel to the medieval town of Parma.
Take a cooking class in Montepulciano (Podere Le Olle Agriturismo). Spend a day touring the Tuscan countryside & stop in Montalcino, Pienza and Montepulciano.
Visit Piazza del Campo (the square where Palio horse race is held), tour medieval cathedral and taste some Tuscan wine.
Visit the Uffizi Gallery (known for works from Italian Renaissance masters) and the Ponte Vecchio. End the day with dinner at Osteria Cipolla Rossa di Paolo Petroni.
For additional activities, consider visiting Cinque Terre and the leaning tower of Pisa. If you have more time, add an extra day in Tuscany to explore vineyards or take a tour of Florence Duomo. If you have less time, considering only visiting Lake Como or Tuscany along with Dolomites instead.
