Useful Tips

We recommend hiring a scooter or bicycle to move around, as it’s cheap, and provides the flexibility to go from one place to another with ease. Also, Puducherry is best explored on foot. If you have more time in hand, then you may squeeze in a visit to Chunnambar beach and Paradise beach. If you have less time, skip Appachi Chettinad Restaurant and head to Le Dupleix instead. Don't forget to try the local filter coffee!
