Two Weeks on the Serene Island of Albarella

  • Day 1: Arrival and Orientation

  • Day 2: Beach relaxation

  • Day 13: Wildlife park
    Parco Faunistico Cappeller - Mok, Alpaga etc (15 km by car)

    Visit the wildlife park, Parco Faunistico Cappeller to experience some of the most prolific and exciting animals in the world. Come up close and personal with these rare and otherwise undetected animals such as moose, alpaca, deer, and many others. Enjoy a picnic on-site while enjoying the scenery and the tranquility of the park.

  • Day 14: Departure
    Albarella to Aeroporto Marco Polo di Venezia (105 km by car)

    Enjoy your last morning on the island before heading back to the airport. Take one last stroll around the lush green forest and take in the fresh scent of the Mediterranean vegetation before departing Albarella.

Having private transport is recommended. The nearest airport is Aeroporto Marco Polo di Venezia, and a car rental is the most convenient method of transportation to get to Albarella. Public transport operates on the Island, while bike rental would be a good option to sightsee whilst on the island. The estimated total transport (car and boat) cost during the two-week trip is around 400 euros.

Useful Tips

If you have more time, include a day trip to Verona, take a boat ride to Venice, and discover the hidden treasures of the local beaches. If you have less time, consider skipping a day trip to Padova, Abano Terme or Mantua.
