Mullayanagiri is the highest peak in Karnataka, and offers a challenging but rewarding trek for adventure enthusiasts. The trek is about 3 km and takes about 2-3 hours to complete. The view from the top is panoramic and breathtaking. Make sure to carry enough water and snacks for the trek.
The Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected area and a tiger reserve, and offers various activities like jeep safaris, trekking, and bird watching. Take a jeep safari to spot tigers, elephants, and other wildlife. The sanctuary also has a beautiful reservoir where you can go boating. The entrance fee is INR 300 for Indians and INR 1,000 for foreigners.
Kudremukh is a mountain range and a national park known for its trekking trails and scenic beauty. The trek is about 9 km and takes about 5-6 hours to complete. The terrain is rocky and challenging, and the view from the top is worth the effort. The park also has various waterfalls and streams where you can relax and enjoy the scenery.
If you have more time, you can add the Hebbe Falls and the Coffee Museum to your itinerary. If you have less time, you can skip the Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary, or only do a jeep safari to save time.
