  2. Day 2: Anjaneri Hills Trek

    Anjaneri Hills is a trek with a picturesque landscape, making it a popular tourist spot in Nashik. The trail begins at Anjaneri village and leads up to the top of the mountain. The hike is about 6 km long and can take up to 2- 3 hours to complete, depending on your level of fitness. Once you reach the top, you get a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Be sure to carry sufficient water, snacks, and sunscreen for the trek in addition to hiking shoes.

If you have more time in Nashik, add Nashik Caves which is a cluster of 24 Buddhist caves, or Pandavleni Caves which is a group of 24 Buddhist caves made up of rock-cut mountains. If you're interested in architecture and history, you can also add Trimbakeshwar Temple which is one of the 12 holy Jyotirlingas. If you have less time, you can skip the Anjaneri Hills trek and visit Someshwar Temple, which is an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.
