DakshinaChitra is a living museum that showcases the art, architecture, lifestyle and culture of South India. The museum has recreated 18 heritage houses that give visitors a glimpse into the lifestyle and culture of the region. In addition to house exhibits, there are performances, workshops and a crafts bazaar on the premises.
The Theosophical Society is a peaceful and meditative space that promotes theosophical teachings, universal brotherhood, and spiritual growth. Set amidst 260 acres of lush greenery, the society grounds offer several gardens, a library, and a serene beachfront walk that visitors can explore.
