Visit the 1500-year-old Chehni Kothi Fort, one of the tallest forts of Himachal Pradesh, built by the Rajputs. Enjoy the breathtaking view from the top of the fort and click some amazing photographs of the magnificent architecture followed by the short trek to Bachelo Pass.
The Serolsar Lake trek is moderate with a distance of around 6 km. The trek through dense forest and narrow curvy streets leads to the beautiful Serolsar Lake, surrounded by mountains. You can camp near the lake and enjoy a bonfire in the forest.
Start the day by visiting the Jibhi Waterfall and immersing in its scenic beauty. After that, trek to the Chaini Kothi Fort which is a traditional ancient fort built in the Kullu style of architecture with fine wood carving. Admire the impressive structure of this heritage building.
Take a short trek to the Raghupur Fort which lies amidst apple orchards and thick forests. The fort has an ancient Buddhist monastery and a temple. Spend some time enjoying the panoramic view of the surrounding valley and snow-clad mountains.
Start the day by driving to Jalori Pass with an altitude of 3120 meters which offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Himalayas. Spend some time in the serene natural beauty and then proceed for the departure from Jibhi.
If you have more time, you can explore more places around Jibhi such as the Shringa Rishi Temple and the Great Himalayan National Park. If you have less time, skip the Jibhi Waterfall. Make sure to wear comfortable trekking shoes, carry a water bottle, and keep your camera and extra clothing for the unpredictable weather. Avoid traveling during the monsoon season as landslides can occur.
