For a more immersive experience, you may choose to go for longer treks around Kedarnath. You can also opt for a rafting adventure on the Ganges. However, be aware of the rules of the National Park before venturing out on your own. If you have more time, you can explore nearby towns such as Haridwar, Dehradun, and Mussoorie as well.
