If you have more time, consider visiting the Rajaji National Park or the Dehradun Zoo. For a shorter trip, skip Kedarnath and extend your stay in Rishikesh. Keep in mind that religious sites require appropriate attire and footwear. Be prepared for long drives and pack warm clothing.
