The garden is also famous for its glass house, which is a replica of the Crystal Palace in London and hosts a flower show every year. A stroll through the garden in the evening, with its beautiful fountains and illuminated pathways, is a sight to behold. The entry fee is INR 20 for Indian citizens. To get the most out of your visit, take a guided tour which is available at an additional cost.

  3. Day 2: Cubbon Park

    Cubbon Park is a beautiful public park in the heart of Bangalore that is perfect for a morning walk or jog. It is spread across 300 acres of land and is home to more than 6,000 trees. The park also has a number of heritage buildings, including the State Central Library and the High Court of Karnataka. The park is open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day, and there is no entry fee. Today, the fort mostly serves as a venue for cultural events and exhibitions, and there is no entry fee. However, do check in advance if there are any events scheduled at the fort during your visit.

Alternatively, you can also visit the ISKCON Temple which is a 10-minute drive from the Bangalore Palace and is open from 4:15 AM to 8:30 PM every day. The temple is free to enter, but there are some paid activities as well. On the other hand, if you have less time, you can skip the fort and explore the city's vibrant markets and food scene instead.
